Welcome to My Pace Fitness! 

My Pace Fitness is just as it says, a place you can show up ready to move at your pace! 

We are a group of women gathered together to keep our lives active through walking and/or running, with 1-hour long workouts twice a week.  

Some will be new to this activity, and others will have been doing it their entire lives.  Whether you are trying group running/walking out for the first time or are an elite athlete, because the workouts are based on your own, individual pace, you will benefit. 

Consistency makes so much possible. We will have fun together, focus on ourselves, support one another, and get stronger physically. Come check us out. See the upcoming session dates and times below.
