About the Program

The My Pace Program: Mondays and Wednesdays mornings at 8:00 am in the Fall, Winter and Spring. Summer start time to be determined.

  • a 6-week women’s running and/or walking group session.

  • Each class is 1 hour in length for a total of 12 running/walking workouts

  • Within this group setting, your workout will be designed and tailored for you

  • In every class you’ll find encouragement to have fun, increase your level of fitness, and to make meaningful connections.

  • Workouts cycle between speed and tempo/pace days

  • We will meet rain or shine. See inclement weather policy below.

Location

Workouts take place at two main locations: Mondays-Civic Stadium Track off of Lakeway Drive. Wednesdays-Barkley Pond Trail just off Woburn near the Regal Theaters. There will be an occasional alternative location to best serve the planned workout.

A LA CARTE CLASSES

Interested in coming to a few classes, when you can? You can buy a 6-class “punch card” that is redeemable within 12 months of purchase. Choose 6 classes that fit your schedule!

Cancellation policy

If classes are cancelled due to high heat, high levels of smoke, snow, ice, other unforeseen acts of Nature or Human Impact, there will not be a refund or an automatic make-up day.
If my schedule allows, and there is a reasonable way to do so, I will provide a make-up day(s). It also may be a day(s) other than Monday or Wednesday, but the times will remain the same.

If more than one consecutive day is cancelled, I will send (via email) a 45 min - 1hr Body Weight workout that may be completed at home.

Refund Policy

A refund will be granted if:

All Participants:

  • 0 classes were attended, and the request is made via email within 30 days of 1 st day of class.

  • A permanent session schedule (dates or times) change has been made by me after participant makes purchase and the request is made via email within 30 days of the change.

Note: Class change does not include reasons listed in cancellation policy.

First Time Participants:

  • Only the first class was attended, and the request is made via email within 30 days of first day of class.
